/IRBIS, March 10, 2011/ - JSC Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm (East Kazakhstan region, Hereinafter - the Company) securities of which are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of their sole shareholder of February 24, 2011. According to the document the sole shareholder of the company has decided to transfer the pledged JSC KazAgroFinance 100% of the shares in an amount of 25,200 shares (preferred shares) KZ1P33970115 (UKPFp); in the amount of 166,200 shares (ordinary shares) KZ1C33970019 (UKPF) in the enforcement of obligations company before JSC KazAgroFinance to conclude an agreement on the financing of investment projects from March 2, 2010, according to which JSC KazAgroFinance provides funding to JSC Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm in the amount of 2,521,868,904.0 KZT for a term of 8 years.
