Stock indices of emerging markets on Monday showed a mixed trend. The
pressure exerted in the Middle East, particularly in Libya. Royal Dutch/Shell
and Statoil have already said they suspended their activities in Libya and
evacuated from the country of their staff. Libya, which is an OPEC member,
ensures the delivery of the order of 8% of oil consumed in the United States.
On the other hand, these same factors accounting for growth in prices for oil
and metals, which has supported the indices of developing countries.
Furthermore, the pressure continued to provide a message that the People's

the 30 most liquid stocks of Russian issuers.
RTSI - Russia's stock market index Stock Exchange RTS. Calculated on the basis
of 50 securities of most capitalized Russian companies.
MSCI EM - a composite index of stock market capitalization of emerging markets
areas. Since May 2005. includes the index values 26 developing countries:
Argentina. Brazil. Chile. China. Colombia. Czech Republic. Hungary. Egypt. India.
Indonesia. Israel. Jordan. Korea. Malaysia. Mexico. Morocco. Pakistan. Peru.
Philippines. Poland. Russia. South Africa. Thailand. Taiwan. Turkey and
Venezuela.
KASE Index - the index of the market shares of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
