Registrar is Fondoviy tsentr (Almaty).

According to the extract:

• the total number the company's authorized shares (common stock KZ1C49280015 only) is 388,974,019;
• 385,571,721 shares have been placed;
• the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana).
