On November 1, 2010 the amount of debt of Kazakhstan, issued in the form of government securities together with servicing amounted to KZT3,029.1 billion ($20,534.9 million)

/IRBIS, November 15, 2010/ - On November 1 2010, the amount of public debt of Kazakhstan, issued in the form of government securities (GSB), together with the service (the sum of coupon payments) amounted at current prices KZT3,029.1 billion or the equivalent of 20,534.9 million U.S. dollars rate of KZT147.51 per dollar. That was the conclusion IRBIS experts in the analysis of their own databases. In conducting this analysis, the amount of future payments on MEUZHKAM and MUIKAM in calculating the consumer price index, which was recorded for the period from September 2008 to October 2010. From October 1 to 30, 2010 the total debt increased by KZT6.2 billion (+0.2%) or in dollar terms - to $36.4 million (+0.2%). In September 2010, total debt increased by KZT120.1 billion (+4.1%) or in dollar terms - to $770.1 million (+3.9%). According to data available to the IRBIS output GS of the National Bank of Kazakhstan in October 2010 on the amounts of placement was KZT221,669.1 million (in September - KZT191,933.2 million). In this case the issuer redeemed notes in the amount of KZT286,825.0 million (in September - KZT150,033.2 million). Thus, the October balance of net borrowing of National Bank on the government securities market was minus KZT65,155.9 million. The corresponding figure in September - plus KZT41,900.0 million (the minus sign in the exponent of balance means that the amount was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer and investors have stayed, "plus" - by the amount the issuer has taken more than repaid) . Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has attracted over the reporting period KZT64,170.7 million (in September - KZT59,813.7 million) and made a payment of a nominal value of bonds and the coupon for KZT31,723.9 million (in September - KZT40,483.8 million). The October balance of net borrowing Ministry of Finance estimated IRBIS plus KZT32,446.8 million (in September - plus KZT19,329.8 million). In October 2010 the overall balance of net borrowing of Kazakhstan issuers GS estimated IRBIS minus KZT32,709.1 million. The corresponding figure in September - plus KZT74,229.8 million.
