/IRBIS, October 26, 2010/ - Percentage RA RFCA in the assigned ratings of debt securities traded in the KASE, 23%, said at a news conference in Almaty, President of Kazakhstan Agency for Regulation of Regional Financial Center of Almaty Mr. Arken Arystanov.

"The proportion of RFCA Rating Agency assigned ratings to the debt securities traded in the KASE, 23% is a fifth rating," - he said.

"Since 2010, RA RFCA has assigned 26 top 25 domestic companies. In July of this year, we entered into the Association of Asian credit rating agencies (ACRAA). ACRAA membership opens up new perspectives for the development of the practice of credit rating in Kazakhstan," added Mr. Arystanov.
