/KASE, October 25, 10/ - Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant (Aktobe, hereinafter - the company), shares of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), by an official letter informed KASE "on Board of Directors' taking on October 8, 2010 a decision on concluding by the company of a big deal providing collateral to Bank VTB (Kazakhstan) in form of non-residential premises (a production base) with land parcels and equipment totaling to 237 units with a market value of more than 25% of the company's assets".
