/KASE, October 20, 10/ - TEMA Ko. (Almaty), bonds of which are present in
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE copies of
registered changes to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2P0Y03D754 (KASE
official list, Rated Debt Securities; TEMAb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.2 bn; May 14, 2010
- May 14, 2013, the quarterly coupon 13.00 % APR; 30/360) and changes to the
certificate of state registration of securities issue of October 15, 2010,
replacing the one issued before .
According to the mentioned documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) registered the
amendments to the said bonds' issue prospectus;
- the above-mentioned certificate has been replaced due to Tema Ko. changing
its address;
- the issue of the said bonds has been entered in the State register of emissive
securities under # D75.
