Kazakhstan has launched a competition for Best investor with the support of RFCA

/IRBIS, September 13, 2010/ - Kazakhstan will start the contest "The best investor, said today at a press conference in Almaty Mr. Erlan Zhazykbaev, Vice-Chairman of the Board, the Regional Financial Center of Almaty. According to organizers, the competition will be among retail investors and will last from 15 September to 15 December this year. It can take part residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the age and opened brokerage accounts. The said event is an initiative of the Club of private investors with the support of the Regional Financial Centre of Almaty. Co-organizers of the competition act brokerages CAIFC, Centras Securities, Halyk Finance, Seven Rivers Capital and Premier Capital. These service participants in these companies will be carried out without the broker's fee for the entire period of the contest. The main objectives of the contest is to promote an increase in the share of investments of individuals in Kazakhstan's securities market, the ability of existing and beginning to market participants to demonstrate their skills and expertise in this field, stimulating the demand for securities of issuers in Kazakhstan. The competition participants will make purchase and sale of securities in the mode of trading by open bidding. The list of securities transactions which may be a party will include all securities traded on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. Planned formation of an intermediate ranking of top ten, which will be posted on the Internet Resource competition and through media partners. As a result of the Competition will be announced the winner of "Best Investor. The best result will identify on the amount of investment income, received in resulted committed by members of operations. The winner will receive KZT500,000, others that have shown good results, will be awarded valuable prizes from sponsors of the event. Registration for the Competition will be held from September 15 to October 20, 2010 inclusive. Closure of the contest will be held on Dec. 15, 2010 at 17:00 with the closing of trading on the KASE.
