/KASE, September 9, 10/ - Insurance company Amanat Insurance (Almaty,
hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
provided KASE with copies of registered changes to the shares issue prospectus
of the company and the certificate of state registration of securities of
September 6, 2010, substituting the one granted earlier.
According to the documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) registered changes to
the share prospectus;
- the certificate was replaced in connection with a change of the legal
address and an increase in the authorized common shares number;
- the total number of authorized shares is 1,500,000 common shares
KZ1C43050018;
- the issue was registered with the State Securities Register under number
А4305;
- as of September 6, 2010 210,000 common shares were offered, its
authorized capital is formed in the amount of KZT210,000,000.
