In eight months of 2010 foreign currencies trades volume on KASE increased by 53.1 % and made up KZT9.5 trn ($64.2 bn)

/KASE, September 3, 10/ - In eight months of 2010 foreign currencies trades volume on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), including currency swap transactions, made up KZT9,461.0 bn (USD64,235.3 m) and increased against the same period of 2009 by 53.1 % (49.3 % in USD). In comparison with the previous eight months period (May-December 2009) trades volume increased by 53.1 % (56.1 % in USD).
