As indicated, on 20 July 2010, Mr. Karim Masimov, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan during his working trip to Mangystau region, familiarized himself with the reconstruction of a motor road of local importance Kyzylsai - Shopan Date - Oglandy. Reconstruction of this section is carried out through transfers from the republican budget. The same day Prime Minister visited the construction of the railway line Uzen - the state border with Turkmenistan. This line is part of the international railway project Uzen (Kazakhstan) - Kyzylkiya - Bereket - Etrek (Turkmenistan) - Gorgan (Iran). As of July 15, poured 91% of the roadbed and completed installation of 64 culverts, collected 12 km rail plans lattice and laid 11 km of the main road. This site is part of the highway Atyrau - Aktau, which is part of one of the six major transit corridors "Astrakhan - Atyrau - Aktau - border of Turkmenistan."
