Bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (DTJLb1) of Doszhan temir zholy (DTZ) transferred from 'buffer category' to second category of Non-rated debt securities on KASE May 31

/KASE, May 28, 10/ - The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) beginning May 31, 2010 transferred bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn, 02.08.05 - 02.08.28; annual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 8.85 % APR as for the current coupon period; 30/360) of Doszhan temir zholy (DTZ) (Almaty) from 'buffer category' to the second category of Non-rated debt securities on KASE. The KASE-prepared opinion of May 21, 2010 says KASE received documents on DTZ and the bonds: - On measures proposed in the plan of DTZ to eliminate grounds of transfer to 'buffer category' approved by the Board of directors of Doszhan temir zholy (DTZ) dated September 30, 2009; - A copy of appealing resolution of the Almaty city court dated April 7, 2010 No. 2а-1118/10; - Letters of ATFBank dated May 6, 2010 No. 06.03/2522 and May 17, 2010 No. 06.03/2627 on redemption of the debt on payment of the fourth coupon interest on the bonds; - Letter of Doszhan temir zholy (DTZ) dated May 17, 2010 No. 287 informing on full redemption on May 14, 2010 of the debt on payment of the fourth coupon interest on the bonds through payment agent of ATFBank; - Letter of Doszhan temir zholy (DTZ) dated May 20, 2010 No. 301 with a request to transfer the bonds from 'buffer category' to the second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities on KASE as DTZ eliminated reasons of transfer of securities to 'buffer category'; - Letter of DTZ dated May 20, 2010 No. 302 on the debt of DTZ on payment of the fine in the amount of KZT314.1 m for untimely payment of the fourth coupon interest on the bonds, the amount of which was calculated on the basis of the official refinance rate of the Kazakhstan National Bank. On the basis of the mentioned above and in accordance with item 13-12 of the Appendix to the Order of Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On requirements to issuers admissible or listing on the special trading floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty and to such securities" dated May 8, 2008 No. 04.2-09/119 the bonds were transferred from 'buffer category' to the second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities on KASE. The bonds were listed on KASE in category "А" August 7, 2006, beginning September 1, 2008 transferred to the second subcategory of Non-rate debt securities, October 2, 2009 - transferred to 'buffer category' on KASE.
