JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom (Kazakhstan) has posted the debut issue of Eurobonds in the amount of USD500 million

/IRBIS, May 14, 2010/ - JSC National Atomic Company Kazatomprom placed
its debut Eurobond worth $500 million for five years, coupon rate was 6.25%,
reported today by the press office of the company.
As indicated in the message book bids from investors were USD4.3 billion.
Thus, the demand for these bonds more than 8 times higher than supply.
Yield was determined by May 14, 2010 as a result of the closure of the book
applications. On the first issue of the share of direct investment in Kazakhstan
is 10% of output, i.e. $50 million
Bonds are placed on the rules of Reg S/144A, the expected settlement date -
May 20, 2010. JSC Kazatomprom "appointed as joint lead managers and
bookrunners JP Morgan and BNP Paribas, while the role of Kazakhstan's
leading manager of the debut issue of Eurobonds of JSC" Halyk Finance ".
Issuance of the bonds is governed by English law.
