/KASE, April 20, 10/ - Credit partnership ORDA credit (Shymkent, hereafter - the company), bonds of which are listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE an extraordinary general meeting of its members will be held April 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with the following agenda:

• Change of investment policy;
• Issue of guarantee;
• Matters related to guarantee of TOO MCO Arnur Credit;
• Increase of authorized capital of TOO MCO Arnur Credit;
• Attraction of loan.

The meeting will be held at 2, Dulati str., Shymkent. Attendees shall be registered beginning 10:00 a.m.

Should the attendees fail to see quorum the recurrent meeting will be held April 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the address as above.
