REVIEW: KASE share market in March, 2010

/IRBIS, April 5, 2010/ - In March 2010, on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on shares in all sectors recorded 1,014 deals worth KZT6,999.4 million or $47.6 million dollars at the current rate at the date of the transaction. This represents 37.5% of the monthly volume of transactions on the market corporate securities KASE (in February 2010 - 10.7%) and 0.2% of the total exchange monthly turnover (0.1%). As a result of March 2010 at the KASE increased average daily price of 54% of the names of shares (in February 2010 - 30%), decreased - 42% of names (63%), prices of 4% of the shares has not changed (2%). Maximum trends on monthly results demonstrated the following tools: RDGZp rose 17834.7%, ZERD fell by 26.2%. In February 2010 ATFB grew by 352.8%, ZERD fell by 60.2%. On the London Stock Exchange (LSE) global receipts Kazkommertsbank grew 17.0% (in February 2010 decreased by 8.8%), ENRC - on 16.1% (+13.0%), KAZAKHMYS PLC - 13.9% (10.0%), Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan "- by 10.5% (+0.5%), JSC Exploration Production KazMunaiGas - by 2.2% (-5.0%).
