Bank CenterCredit (Kazakhstan) changed CeneterCredit International B.V. international bonds issuer

/KASE, April 5, 10/ - Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the following press release of April 5, 2010: quotation starts Bank CenterCredit today announced replacement of the issuer (CeneterCredit International B.V.) by the guarantor (Bank CenterCredit) of the following eurobonds issue: notes to the amount of US$500,000,000.00 with 8.625% coupon to maturity in 2014, notes to the amount of US$300,000,000.00 with 8.00% coupon to maturity in 2011 and notes to the amount of KZT25,000,000,000.00 with 8.25% coupon to maturity in 2011. Eurobonds holders meeting were held on March 12 (notes with 8.625% coupon) and March 29 (notes with 8% and notes with 8.25% coupons), where the i8ssuer replacement was approved. As of the meetings dates were signed additional agreements of the payment agent and trust management. "The issuer was changed with the following inclusion of these issues eurobonds to the KASE official list to observe the tax saving. In particular, the tax rate withheld in the payment source is zero in compliance with the New Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" of January 1, 2009, stipulating the exempt from taxes withheld in Kazakhstan payment source, for interest on debt securities present as of the accrual date in the stock exchange official list functioning in Kazakhstan.
