Shareholders of JSC "Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant (Kazakhstan) decided to give Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan to pledge property to secure obligations under the credit line

/IRBIS, March 26, 2010/ - JSC "Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Farm (East Kazakhstan region., Hereinafter - the Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of the minutes of extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on February 15, 2010. According to documents submitted shareholders of the company took the following decisions: - the enforcement of the obligations of the company before Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan on an agreement on granting the credit line amounting to 230 000 000 tenge to provide the mortgaged property; - the enforcement of obligations LLP Aytas Distribyushin, Inc. "Aitas-Group", LLC "Pchelotsentr Aytas" before Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan on an agreement on granting the credit line amounting to KZT450,000,000 to provide the mortgaged property; - the enforcement of obligations LLP "Soyuz Inter Product", LLP "Aitas-Group", LLC "Aytas Distribyushin, LLP Pchelotsentr Aytas" before Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan on an agreement on granting the credit line amounting to 3 360 000 tenge provide the mortgaged property; - to provide Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan agreement on non-judicial implementation provides a pledge of property owned company in the event of default or improper performance of its obligations and liabilities of LLP "Soyuz Inter Product", LLP "Aitas-Group", LLC "Aytas Distribyushin" LLP Pchelotsentr Aytas "in front of the bank in return of financial instruments; - to enforce the obligations of the company before Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan to apply to the LLP "Soyuz Inter Product", LLP "Aitas-Group", LLC "Aytas Distribyushin" for the mortgaged property; - to act as a guarantor of the full solidarity to Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan for the obligations of LLC "Soyuz Inter Product", LLP "Aitas- Group", LLC "Aytas Distribyushin, LLP Pchelotsentr Aytas" before the bank; - to take the condition Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan and formalize the commitment between the company and the bank on the deployment of additional common shares in the amount of 203 133 units with the consent of the bank.
