/IRBIS, December 15, 09/ - Ornek XXI (Almaty region., there after - company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of report from extraordinary shareholders' meeting on October 19, 2009 .

According to the document provided by the shareholders of the company took the following decisions:

• to elect the Board of Directors for a period of three years as follows: Omarov T.T. (Chairman), Kulchigishev B.E., Temirkulov N.S.;
• to appoint as a managing director of the company Kulchigisheva B.E.;
• to sell 100% shares of the company subsidiaries LLP PSK Concrete LLP and Ornek Silicate.
