/KASE, November 23, 09/ - The Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) released Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Almaty) beginning December 7, 2009 of KASE market maker duties on common shares KZ1C39450016 (KASE, third category, KZIS) of Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk - Kazakhinstrakh (Almaty).

The decision was made in accordance with item 16 of article 5 of the KASE internal document "Rules on Market Maker Activity" on the basis of a market maker's request.
