Beginning October 30, 2009 bonds KZ2P0Y03C665 (AKKMb1) of Akmola Kurlys Materialdary (Kazakhstan) trasferred from second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities to "buffer category"

/KASE, October 30, 09/ - The Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) on October 29, 2009 approved the Listing commission decision on the
plan to cure grounds of transfer of bonds KZ2P0Y03C665 (AKKMb1; KZT1,000,
KZT5.0 bn; 12.07.07 - 12.07.10; semiannual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360) of
Akmola Kurlys Materialdary (Astana) to category "buffer category" and transfer
of the bonds to the mentioned category of the official list.
The KASE opinion dated September 21, 2009 says Akmola Kurlys Materialdary
defaulted on the fourth coupon interest payment in July 2009.
In accordance with item 13-5 of resolution of the Board of the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and
financial organizations "On requirements to issuers and securities thereof,
admissible (admitted) to circulation on stock exchange, and to individual
categories of the stock exchange" dated May 26, 2008 No. 77 Akmola Kurlys
Materialdary provided KASE on September 17, 2009 the plan to cure grounds of
transfer of securities to "buffer category", approved by the Listing commission
on October 5, 2009.
The Listing commission decision is effective October 30, 2009.
The bonds were listed on KASE in category "B" on November 5, 2007, and since
September 1, 2008 transferred to the second subcategory of Non-rated debt
securities. Trade therein was opened November 27, 2007.
