From September 29, 2009, common KZ1C11210016 (ALVZ) and preferred KZ1P11210112 (ALVZp) shares of Zhansaya-Producing (Kazakhstan) are excluded from KASE official list

/KASE, September 29, 09/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission from September 29, 2009 from KASE official list are excluded the following shares of Zhansaya-Producing (Almaty): - common KZ1C11210016 (KASE official list third category, ALVZ); - preferred KZ1P11210112 (KASE official list third category, ALVZp). In the KASE conclusion of September 21, 2009 it was noted that mentioned shares undergone delisting is non-observance by Zhansaya-Producing of requirements for the information disclosure, established by Listing Rules and the agreement on listing of corporate serial securities of October 12, 2006 signed between Zhansaya-Producing and KASE. Due to systematic (five times during twelve calendar months) non-observance by Zhansaya-Producing of requirements of item 1 of Appendix 2 to the Listing Rules, of item 1 of article 25 of Listing Rules, of items 6 and 7 of the mentioned agreement and in compliance with sub-item 8) of item 1 of article 20 and item 4 of article 30 of Listing Rules these shares undergone delisting. The mentioned shares were included to KASE category "B" official list from October 18, 2006, and from September 10, 2008 were transferred to the KASE official list third category.
