/KASE, September 28, 09/ - Shubarkol komir (Karaganda, hereafter - the
company), securities of which are listed on the special trading floor of the
Regional Financial Center of Almaty, provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
with a copy of changes and additions to the share issue prospectus.
The changes and additions were registered with the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations (AFS) September 11, 2009 and made in connection with changes of
data on shareholders holding 10 and more percent of outstanding shares of the
company.
Changes and additions to the share issue prospectus were released at the KASE
