Bonds KZ2C0Y05C713 (ARSAb1) of Airport Sary-Arka (Kazakhstan) de-listed from KASE on issuer's request August 3, 2009

/KASE, August 3, 09/ - The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided beginning August 3, 2009 to de-list from KASE bonds KZ2C0Y05C713 (ARSAb1; KZT1, KZT1.0 bn; 06.11.07 - 06.11.12; semiannual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of Airport Sary-Arka (Karaganda oblast). The KASE opinion dated July 16, 2009 says the Exchange received from Airport Sary-Arka the following documents: - letter dated June 26, 2009 No. 4/942 with a request on de-listing of bonds of Airport Sary-Arka of the first issue as the sole shareholder of the company decided on de-listing of the bonds from the official list of the Exchange; - a copy of the decision of the sole shareholder of Airport Sary-Arka dated June 23, 2009 No. 4/2009 on voluntary de-listing of the bonds; - a copy of an extract from the share register of the bonds, according to which as on June 26, 2009 all the bonds were at an issue account of Airport Sary- Arka. In connection with the above mentioned and according to sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 20 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the bonds were de-listed. The bonds were listed on KASE in category "В" beginning November 6, 2007, and on September 1, 2008 were transferred to the second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities of the KASE official list.
