On July 30, KASE Council decided to impose sanctions on admittance initiators, who violated information disclosure requirements

/KASE, July 31, 09/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Council at the meeting on July 30, 2009 considered the issue related to imposing sanction on admittance initiators for violation of information disclosure terms and decided the following: - impose on Asia-Electric, Astana Gas Service, BTA Bank, Kazakh distribution company, Karaganda Zharyk, Mangistaumunaigas, Rakhat and Svyazmontazh Holding penalties, stipulated by Listing Rules for information submission terms violation; - send to Svyazmontazh Holding, Sumbe and VITA the warning on imposing of penalties in case of repeated violation of Listing Rules requirements on information submission terms; - provide to Alternative finance, Alliance Bank, Astana-Nedvizhimost, BURLINGAZSTROI, Kazakh distribution company, Kazakhvzryvprom, KOMBISNAB, Ornek ХХI, Wholesale and retail trade venture, ORDABASY Corporation, ROSA, REMIX-R, TEMA Ko.", Transstroimost, Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant, Ust-Kamenogorsk Reinforcement Plant, Corporation Tsesna, Chimpharm, Caspian Beverage Holding, ISKE SAT COMPANY and Oilan Ltd. Additional time to submit required by KASE information and impose on these admittance initiators penalties stipulated by Listing Rules for information submission terms violation; - consider the issue of OGCC KazStroyService, Kazneftehim, Zhansaya- Producing and GLOTUR securities delisting at the KASE Listing Commission meeting, having invited mentioned admittance initiators representatives and auditors.
