/KASE, July 23, 09/ - Shubarkol komir (Karaganda, hereinafter - the company),
securities of which are present in the official list of the Special Trading Floor
of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, provided to KASE the copy of changes
and additions to its shares issue prospectus.
Mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Agency of the Republic
of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations (ARS) on July 3, 2009 and were made due to the information
change on the company Board of Directors and structure.
