/KASE, June 9, 09/ - Sumbe (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), shares of
which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to
KASE the copy of changes to its shares issue prospectus.
Mentioned changes were registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
(AFS) on May 20, 2009 and made due to the change in the company Board of
Directors composition, the information on its shareholders, each holding shares
in the number of ten and more percent, from total number of offered shares, and
the information on deals with its affiliates.
