"Global active equity". - Portfolio benchmark is the composite index consisting of the following indexes: S&P500 (SPX) - 45%; DJ EURO STOXX 50 И (SX5E) - 30%; Nikkei 225 (NKY) - 10%; FTSE 100 (UKX) - 10%; S&P/ASX (AS51) - 5%; - Assets can be invested in ordinary and preferred shares, indexes of the portfolio benchmark index. 10 (ten) percent of the assets can be invested in shares outside of the benchmark indexes. - Approximate size of the mandate is 200 mln. USD. - Asset management objective: safety of assets; adequate liquidity; provision of the sustainable investment return over the long-term subject to low risk environment. 2.
