ATFBank (Kazakhstan) disburses funds to refinance mortgage loans ahead of schedule

/KASE, May 4, 09/ - ATFBank (Almaty), securities of which are listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release: Quotation beginning National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna allotted to ATFBank KZT3 bn. to refinance mortgage loans. According to terms of the Agreement between the fund and ATFBank the funds had to be completely disbursed before June 2009. Today, May 4, 2009, ATFBank disbursed all KZT3 bn. ahead of schedule. The funds were used to refinance credits of 617 bank clients. Within the mortgage loans refinance progam ATFBank refinanced 215 credits for a total of KZT1.5 bn. in Almaty; 175 credits for a total of KZT666 m. in Astana. The rest of the funds was disbursed in other regions. Therewith, the Bank approved orders KZT3.7 bn. worth. Through limited tranche size allotted to ATFBank orders KZT700 m. may remain unsatisfied.
