On February 26, KASE Council decided to impose sanctions on admittance initiators, violated requirements for information disclosure

/KASE, February 27, 09/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Council on its meeting on February 26, 2009 considered the issue of sanctions imposing on admittance initiators, who violated KASE requirements for the information provision and made the following decisions: - send to BURLINGAZSTROI, SP ERKA, Condensate, Subsidiary insurance company of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Kazakhinstrakh, Diplomatic corps servicing department, Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium Magnesium Plant , Premier Insurance, ISKE SAT COMPANY and RG Brands letters warning on imposing of sanctions in case of repeated violation of Listing Rules requirements for the information disclosure; - provide to Kazneftehim and Airport Sary-Arka the requested additional period till March 1, 2009 to submit reports for the fourth quarter of 2008, including financial statements, and impose on these admittance initiators sanctions, stipulated by Listing Rules requirements for violation of information provision terms.
