/KASE, February 27, 09/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Council of February 27, 2009 VISOR Investment Solutions (Almaty) was excluded from KASE categories "A", "K", "P" and "H" membership. This means that VISOR Investment Solutions is no longer the KASE member and has not the right to trade on KASE any financial instruments.

This decision was made based on VISOR Investment Solutions application of February 10, 2009 # 18 due to voluntary return by it to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the license for brokerage and dealer activities implementation on the securities market and refusal of KASE categories "A", "K", "P" and "H" membership.
