/KASE, February 18, 09/ - PAVLODARENERGO (Pavlodar), securities of which are present in the official list of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, notified KASE by the official letter on conclusion on December 23, 2008 of the agreement for provision of services on keeping its securities holders registers system with Registrator Zerde (Almaty).
