According to the extract: - total authorized common shares KZ1C57070019 of the company made up 15,000,000 items, preferred shares KZ1P57070115 - 5,000,000 items; - 9,000,324 common shares of the company were offered, preferred shares were not for offer; - the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of the company is R.
