According to the provided document the sole shareholder of the company made the following decisions: - to confirm the annual financial statement of the company for year 2007; - not to pay dividends on company's common shares but send this part of net income to its development; - to announce and pay dividends on preferred shares at KZT20.00 per one preferred share.
