/KASE, November 7, 08/ - AMF Group (Aktobe), shares and bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of changes and additions to the company's shares issue prospectus.

The mentioned changes and additions are registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on September 24, 2008 and were introduced due to the change in the Board of Directors composition during previous two years.
