The rate of supply monopolization was high, at that the bulk of commercial banks operated as net-buyers. Today the National Bank released data on inflation level in October and since the beginning of the year. In October - 0.6 %, since year beginning - 8.8 %, annual - 13.9 %. Data are optimistic for the Government, which forecast inflation at 10 % this year. In our opinion, it is possible due to energy resources falling prices, demand reducing and regulator's monetary actions. [2008-11-04]
