Shareholders of ASIA AVTO JSC (Kazakhstan) decide to increase amount of authorized shares to 134,335 units

/IRBIS, Natalya Vaguina, November 4, 08/ - ASIA AVTO JSC (Ust- Kamenogorsk, further - the company), a listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of protocol of extraordinary general shareholders meeting, dated October 30, 2008. According to provided document shareholders of the company made the following decisions: - to increase the amount of authorized shares of the company from 101,000 to 134,335 units (including 133,335 common shares and 1,000 preferred shares with the annual guarantee dividend at KZT1,000 per one share); - to include corresponding changes and additions into share issue prospectus of the company; - to approve changes and additions into share issue prospectus of the company.
