/KASE, November 3, 08/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) determined top
operators of the exchange corporate bond purchase and sale market in
Kazakhstan in October. 2008.
Below are the ten most active KASE category "P" members (all headquartered in
Almaty, unless specified otherwise). Totally, except for the National Bank, 42
companies concluded deals in October 2008. The stake of the "top-10"
constituted for 55.5 % of the exchange secondary corporate bond market.

The "top-10" newcomers relative to September 2008 became: Almaty Investment
Management, Centras Securities, Astana-finance and Halyk Finance, having
driven out:
- BCC Invest - Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit (the seventh in September);
- Open accumulative pension fund Otan (Ausbidiary of ATFBank) (the eighth);
- Kazkommerts Securities (Subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (the ninth);
- IFG CONTINENT (the tenth).
Below is the table of the most active KASE category "P" members in 10 months
of 2008. Except for the National Bank 63 companies concluded the deals. The
stake of the "top-10" constituted for 66.6 % of the exchange secondary corporate
bond market.
