/KASE, October 2, 08/ - REMIX-R (Almaty), securities of which are traded in
the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a
copy of the notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on
Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations
(AFS) of September 16, 2008.
According to the provided document AFS has approved the report on
placement of bonds KZ2C0Y05C762 (RMXRb1; KZT1,000, KZT2,0 bn.;
29.12.07 - 29.12.12, semiannual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of REMIX-
R.
According to the notification of AFS as on June 29, 2008 1,223,420 bonds of
this issue were not placed.
