/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, September 23, 08/ - Concern Tsesna-Astyk (Astana), a listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of minutes of an extraordinary general meeting of its members of September 5, 2008. According to the provided document the members of the company made the following decisions: - to grant a consent of the company to conclude the following deals: agreement on purchase and sale of facilities of the second floor of the Trade Center Astykzhan (Kostanai) for the total of KZT459,705,048, including VAT; agreement on purchase and sale of facilities of the second floor of the trade Center (near TC Astykzhan, Astana) for the total of KZT824,731,968, including VAT; - to authorize for signing of the agreements the Chairman of the Board of Concern Tsesna-Astyk N.
