/KASE, September 18, 08/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list of "Debt Securities with the Rating" category, provided to KASE the copy of extract from the meeting minutes of Fund of Sustainable development Kazyna (Astana), the only bank's shareholder, which was held on September 10, 2008. According to the provided document the only bank's shareholder decided the following: - to early terminate authorities of the Board of Directors' members S.A. Akhanov and A.M. Iskandirov; - to elect into the Board of Directors composition Yatsek Brzhezhinka and Kunts Folker as independent directors. [2008-09-18]
