/IRBIS, Vitaliy Tomskiy, September 8, 08/ - In August of 2008 the total volume of transactions made on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in dollar terms increased by 23.0 % relative to the previous month and totaled an equivalent of $35,509.8 m. In tenge, the growth is estimated at 22.6 % and the volume of exchange operations at KZT4,259.3 bn.
The volume of exchange operations increased by 13.2 % in dollar and 8.6 % in tenge terms relative to August, 2007
