On August 28, KASE Council made decisions on sanctions to lited companies, which violated information disclosure requirements

/KASE, August 29, 08/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Council on its meeting on August 28, 2008, considered the issue on sanctions in relation to listed companies, which violated KASE requirements on information provision period and made the following decisions: - charge stipulated by Listing Rules penalty the following listed companies, which submitted information to KASE with violation of established by listing agreements periods: Kazneftehim, Ulba Metallurgical Plant, Corporation Tsesna, EKOTON+; - provide to Chimpharm requested additional time for submission of the auditors' report of financial statements for 2007 till November 1, 2008 with charging the penalty, stipulated by Listing Rules for violation of the information provision period.
