According to the provided document sole shareholder of the company accepted the following decisions:

• to prematurely terminate the authorities of directors of the company since May 12, 2008: E. Kim, R. Ismailov, L. Berezhnova;
• to elect three directors with 3 year term of authority since May 12, 2008: I. Kim, O. Kim, T. Begzhanov (independent director).
