/KASE, July 3, 08/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) determined leaders of
exchange government securities (GS) purchase and sale market in Kazakhstan
for June 2008.
The table below specifies 10 most active KASE category "K" members
(headquarters of all companies are located in Almaty). In June the stake of the
"active ten" comprised 77.9 % of the exchange GS secondary market turnover.

ATFBank JSC, Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, APF of Halyk Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC, Eurasian Bank JSC and Asyl Invest JSC have become
newcomers of the "active ten", having replaced:
- Subsidiary of Bank TuranAlem JSC - TuranAlem Securities JSC (third);
- Accumulative Pension Fund SAPF JSC (fourth);
- Bank CenterCredit JSC (fifth);
- BTA Bank JSC (sixth);
- Centras Securities JSC (ninth).
Totally, 23 companies, except for the National Bank, concluded purchase and
sale deals in GS in June 2008.
The table below indicates the most active KASE category "К" members in the
sector for initial 6 months of 2008. 44 companies, except for the National Bank
concluded deals in this period. The stake of the "active ten" constituted for
74.8 % of the exchange GS secondary market turnover.
