Bonds KZ2CKY05B521 (aFRMPb1) of Small entrepreneurship development fund JSC (Kazakhstan) excluded from STF RFCA official list beginning June 23, 2008

/KASE, June 23, 08/ - By the decision of the Expert Council of the special trading floor of the regional financial center of Almaty (STF RFCA) bonds KZ2CKY05B521 (aFRMPb1; KZT1,000; KZT3.0 bn.; 16.03.05 - 16.03.10; semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 9.0 % APR as for the current coupon period; 30/360) of Small entrepreneurship development fund JSC (Almaty) were excluded from the official list of STF RFCA beginning June 23, 2008. This decision was made due to exclusion of the indicated bonds beginning June 2, 2008 from the official KASE list by the decision of the Exchange Council of May 30, 2008. The opinion of the STF RFCA Listing commission of June 3, 2008 specifies that exclusion of the indicated bonds from the official list of STF RFCA will not infringe the rights of investors and professional securities market participants, as the company repurchased all its bonds placed earlier. The indicated bonds of Small entrepreneurship development fund JSC were listed on STF RFCA beginning November 30, 2007, there were no trades in these bonds. [2008-06-23]
