/KASE, June 11, 08/ - Agricultural credit corporation JSC (Astana, hereinafter
- the company), bonds of which are traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) category "A" official list, provided to KASE the copy of issue prospectus
of bonds KZ2C0Y05C515 (KASE category "A" official list, AGKKb1; KZT1 000,
KZT3.0 bn.; 10.08.07 - 10.08.12, the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation
rate, 9.00 % APR for the current period).
The mentioned amendments are registered by the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets and Financial
Organizations (AFS) on April 30, 2008 due to adding types of the company's
activities, changing data on existence of ratings of international rating
agencies, affiliates and representations, and relate to changing of the Board
of Directors composition, organizational structure and data on
shareholders, who own 10 and more percent of the company's shares.
