(KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with the extract from the protocol of session of company's Board of directors dated June 2, 2008. According to the provided document Directors' board of the company accepted the next decisions: - to confirm changes and additions to the clause about the corporate secretary by confirmation of the clause about corporate secretary in the new edition; - to stop the authorities of Sundetova A.M. as the corporate secretary since June 3, 2008; - to appoint the executive directors of the company Starkova N.B. as the corporate secretary of the company since June 3, 2008.
