/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, June 5, 08/ - Insurance Company Kommesk-Omir JSC (Almaty), common shares of which are traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "B" official list, provided KASE with protocol of annual general meeting of its shareholders, dated May 23, 2008, on which the following decisions were made: - approve the annual financial statement of the company's financial and economic activity for 2007; - do not pay dividends on company's shares and direct net income for 2007 to increasing of company's shareholders equity; - to take into account the audit statement on the company's financial and economic activity for 2007.
