/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, June 2, 08/ - Transstroimost JSC (Almaty region), bonds of which are traded in category "A" official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), had furnished KASE with a copy of protocol of an extra general shareholders' meeting dated March 10 of 2008. According to the presented document, the shareholders of the company made the following decisions: - to confirm BAS Consulting LLP as the auditor of the company; - to include additions in the company charter.
