/KASE, May 28, 08/ - Astana-finance JSC (Astana) informed in an official letter to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that on May 27, 2008 the company paid the ninth coupon interest to holders of indexed to devaluation of tenge to US dollar rate secured bonds KZ2CKY05A994 (official KASE list of category "A", ASFIb3; KZT100, KZT1.0 bn.; 27.11.03 - 27.11.08, semiannual coupon 7.00 % APR). The total sum of accrued coupon made KZT34,863,500.00. Assuming the sum the holders were paid KZT34,239,280.25. The sum of income tax, collected at the source of payment, made KZT624,219.75. According to the issuer as on the register fixing date (26.05.08) 9,961,000 bonds KZ2CKY05A994 were in circulation, and 39,000 bonds were placed at the issuer' re-issue account.
